Keeping You Safe and Healthy on Race Day
What We’d Like Our Racers to Know …
Dear Race Participants:
Your safety and happiness mean more to us than you could know. As a result, we are working with the City of Gahanna to ensure our race follows all safety precautions and stipulations.
In-Person Race Participation Requirements
All state and local health guidelines must be followed during the entire event. There are no exceptions to these requirements:
-
If you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the 14 days leading up to the event, let us know, and we will change your race entry to virtual.
-
This is a no mass gathering run. On race day, we will release 20 participants every 10 seconds. There will be clear markings on the ground to comply with proper social distancing procedures.
-
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Gahanna and/or the charity reserves the right to cancel the event to protect public health. If the event is canceled, the event will become a virtual event.
-
There will be limited touchpoints at this event. All water will be in sealed water bottles at water stops and all finish line food will be packaged grab-and-go snacks.
-
All registration will be done online and packet pick up will be done pre-event.
-
There will be increased hand sanitizer stations throughout the event site.
