I didn’t receive a confirmation.

If you believed you signed up and want a confirmation, email us and we'll get you taken care of.

On build day, can I bring extra people to help out?

Although we appreciate the thought, we are confined to limited space and volunteers and if you bring extra people, you will be taking slots away from others that have signed up. So, please do not bring extra volunteers.

What if I sent an empty form?

During our fast and furious Volunteer Signup process, empty forms were considered a "glitch" and omitted.

My plans have changed and can't help this year.

That's ok, sometimes plans change! Please contact us so we may add people from our waitlist.

How can I help between now and then?

We LOVE our volunteers. 100% of the money we receive from donations goes back to the charity. This means we need help raising money to build Wagons Ho Ho Ho.  Consider donating, or helping us raise funds through social media.

How do I prepare to build a wagon?

Looking to prepare? Perfect! We have a video tutorial of how to build a wagon. Thank you again for all your help!

What’s happening with Wagons Ho Ho Ho outside of Build Day?

Outside of build day, we also are hosting a Christmas in July 5K Walk & Fun Run. Mark your calendars! This race is set for the last Sunday of July every year.
